Your first appointment is a conversation, not a conveyor belt. Initial consultations usually run 45 to 60 minutes depending on the depth of your health history and goals. You will sit with a member of our clinical team, walk through your symptoms, your routines, and what you want back, more energy, faster recovery, better sleep, a number on the scale, and leave with a clear next step. If lab work is needed, the same visit can include a blood draw so your protocol design starts immediately.

Three things make a first visit dramatically more productive:

• Recent labs. Blood work from the past six months can often be used as-is, saving you a draw and a wait.
• A medication and supplement list. Everything counts, including over-the-counter products.
• Your top frustrations, written down. Two or three honest sentences beat a perfect medical vocabulary.

We are located at 2225 A1A South, Suite B4, St. Augustine, FL 32080, on Anastasia Island. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm, closed Sunday. Every advanced protocol, hormones, peptides, and high-dose IV therapy included, begins with lab testing and a provider review. Treatments are provider-supervised, and several therapies we offer are compounded or used off-label and are not FDA-approved; your provider will explain what applies to your plan.
