Payment & Financing Options

InnerWorks is a cash-pay clinic. You pay directly for your care, and in exchange you skip the insurance machinery entirely: no referral requirements, no pre-authorizations, no network restrictions deciding which labs you are allowed to run. Pricing is quoted before treatment, not discovered afterward on a statement. The model exists for one reason: it lets us run same-day blood draws and build protocols around your results instead of around a billing code.

Patients manage costs here in four main ways:

• Per-visit payment. Pay as you go for consultations, labs, IVs, and sessions.
• Memberships. Recurring plans like Redlight, Contrast, Cold Tub, Sauna, Signature IV, and the Super-Human Membership lower the per-session cost for regulars. See our membership plans for current options.
• Packages. Bundled sessions, Signature IV, High Dose IV, NAD+, Injection, Ozone Sauna, Redlight, and Contrast, priced below the single-session rate. Browse current treatment packages.
• HSA / FSA funds. Many medically necessary services qualify for health savings or flexible spending account payment. The IRS guidance on qualified medical expenses explains the rules; confirm specifics with your plan administrator.

Asking about financing is normal here, especially for multi-month protocols. In the meantime, the front desk can break any protocol into a visit-by-visit cost so you know the full picture before you commit.

We do not bill insurance. Some patients submit receipts to their insurer or HSA administrator independently; reimbursement depends entirely on your plan and is never guaranteed. We will always provide itemized receipts on request.
