Events at InnerWorks

Some things are easier to decide in person: whether the cold tub is for you, whether the team feels right, whether the science talk holds up when you can ask follow-up questions. Our events exist for exactly that. Open houses let you tour the recovery lab and watch treatments demonstrated. Education nights put a provider in front of a room to explain one topic properly, hormones, peptides under provider supervision, recovery science, with time for every question. Community events put us out in St. Augustine, where this clinic actually lives.

St. Augustine's calendar shapes ours. The busy season around Nights of Lights, the city's famous holiday illumination running November through January, tends to fill the recovery lab with worn-out hosts and visiting family, and our winter education events are planned around it. Watch this page or our social channels as each season's schedule firms up.
